    Personal touches just happen when you choose clients you genuinely like.
    And then the things you do for them, make them like you.
    It is an upward spiral.

      That’s right! When more time and effort we invest in this activity the better the results.

      And it works both ways … Sales Professionals must learn how to choose customers too – will be writing about it in detail in another Post.
